Hello and thank you for viewing the website. My name is Jeff Besgrove owner and certified inspector at Cellar to Ceiling Home Inspections.
My back round is from the service industries, I was the president of Insurance Brokers in Waukesha WI., for over 20 years, plus being a mortgage broker for 2 years. I also have many years of experience with home remodeling and home maintenance, from rough carpentry, light electrical, dry-walling, finished carpentry, plumbing, and roofing. With this experience I have a unique insight in to several areas of homeownership. These positions have also taught me that service is job one (Especially in today’s society when the meaning of service is being watered down and no longer means what it used to years ago.) The service I offer my clients is the true meaning of the word including lifetime telephone support. If they have a question on a repair, a condition change in the home, or if you question whether a contractor is being honest with you, I will help.
I am a certified and state licensed home inspector with formal training so that I can best serve my clients. I chose American Home Inspectors Training Institute because they are the largest training firm in the country and offer top quality training. I received both classroom training and field training under actual home inspection circumstances, graduating in the top of my class.
I am committed to educating my clients on the operation and maintenance of the home they are going to purchase. Every home I inspect is inspected as if I were purchasing the home. I take great pride in every inspection.
