Home inspection fees vary slightly, depending upon the square footage, age of the house, and mechanical features, such as extra air-conditioners extra furnaces extra water heaters. Below are listed are some basic fees. When you contact our office we will ask you questions about your home and its features and quote a specific price for your home. We may be offering discounts during that time, so it is important that you call and get a price that is formulated just for you. This is a guide line for base pricing.
The pricing below will include one half bath, two car attached garage and three bedrooms in your home.
